Our web design service was created to bring you a custom, mobile-ready website – it’s your vision of how your website should be, designed and built for you by our team of experts. It’s a perfect solution if you need to get a great looking website (or refresh your existing website) but don’t have the time or knowledge to get involved with any of the technical stuff.

Your new website is a big step, so we’re very happy to discuss your requirements – no charge, no obligation. Once you’re happy to proceed we’ll introduce you to your own Account Manager who will be your single point of contact throughout your design and build.

We start with a detailed design consultation where we’ll understand your brand identity and show you some great options for layout, function and content. It’s a collaborative process so we’ll work with you to capture all of your ideas about how your perfect site will look, feel and perform.

Once you have told us what your dream website will look like, our builders then get to work turning your dream into a reality. Your Account Manager will keep you informed of progress and let you know when your site is ready for preview. There’ll be a chance to review and refine before we complete the final preparations and make your site live.

How long it takes to design your website will depends on different things such as, the size and complexity of your requirements or how quickly we can get a concept, content and approval from yourself.

Once we have collected all your ideas and assets, we typically need around 10 – 15 working days to prepare a draft of your site for preview – we’re often able to complete simple sites ahead of schedule.

We will be able to give you a more accurate estimation based on your own specific requirements. We’ll work as fast as we can and we’ll keep you informed throughout to let you know of our progress.

We normally encourage you to write your own copy because you know your business more than anyone else. Don’t worry, we’ll give you guidance on what to write.

But if you are busy or don’t know where to start from, then we can help you get a professional to write a copy for you.

You can provide high resolution images like your logo, photographs or illustrations and we will incorporate these into your website. Alternatively, relevant stock photographs can also be used and are included in your build price.

Of course! If you realise you need an extra page, after your website has been built and is live, we can help! We will build as many pages as you need. As this would be an add-on, we will provide you with a bespoke quote, after a consultation.

We offer a range of Website Design packages to suit all businesses and budgets, and we offer add-ons too; including more pages, copy, images and shop products that can increase the overall impact of your website.

But if any of our packages don’t meet your requirements, then contact us and we shall provide a quote for any additional services or website of your choice.

All website we design are SEO optimised and your website will start ranking within Google and other search engines as soon as it goes live, however we can not guarantee getting it on to the first page.

It’s also important to note that your site may take time to index in Google too. There are plenty of ways you can try to improve your website’s ranking such as:

• Regularly update and add fresh content to your site
• Add internal links and develop external links back to your site
• Attract as many visitors as possible via advertising, social media etc.

No, our Website Design service is specifically designed for those who don’t have the time or technical skills to create the website they have in mind.

We’ll need to understand your ambition, must-have requirements and your limitations, but from there on your Account Manager will coordinate all our design and technical aspects of your build, including the necessary preparations to secure and publish your site.

Absolutely. You are very welcome to use a domain you’ve already registered. It’s simple to add your existing domain name into the control panel for your new site.

Alternatively; you can transfer your domain name to us – just let’s know and we’ll take care of the details.

Yes – all of our websites are conceived, designed and built with your mobile audience in mind, from the words and images we use to the way your content is arranged and displayed.

It’s incredibly important – that’s why we include mobile responsive design as standard.

The minimum initial contract for this service is 12 months. This includes your initial design consultancy, the creation and publishing of your site and regular updates once your site is live. It also includes registration of your domain name and hosting of your website.

You’ll not be charged an upfront one-off fee for setting up your website, but a small monthly fee to host and manage your website will be paid from the start of your contract.

Don’t worry – to ensure continuity of your domain and your site presence, after the initial 12 month period your contract will automatically renew on a rolling monthly basis. This arrangement will continue until you choose to cancel your service with us.

After the initial 12 months, we’d recommend a review of your website with your Account Manager to ensure that your website is still meeting your needs and to discuss any updates, expansions or changes to how your site is managed.

Don’t worry – once your site is live, we’ll continue to take the burden of keeping your site fresh for you. All of our Website Design plans include the ability to make regular updates to your content. Just send the changes you need to your us and we’ll publish them for you.

Once your initial 12-month period is complete we’d always recommend a review with your Account Manager. We can use this to jointly plan how you’d like your site to be retained, any more substantial changes you need and how you’d like your updates to be managed in the future.

You’ll get 2 hours of free amends/updates every 3 months, with our Website Maintenance service. You can request a variety of updates – nothing is too big or too small. The amends could include:

• Text changes to existing pages
• Changes to font styles
• Changes to colours
• Change of contact details
• Refresh any imagery

If you opt for our Advanced Website package, you’ll get 2 hours of free amends/updates every after 3 months and your amends can also include:

• Adding up to 5 new products to your online shop
